Hostel Who Knows

This is a great hostel in Taitung, well placed near the beach and good food and shopping. The owner Jackson was really helpful, arranging my ferry tickets both ways and explaining the easiest bus route to get there. Thanks, Jackson.

The owners are what make this hostel special. They're kind, speak good English, and do everything they can to help with problems or explain what to see, how to get there, and other useful things. That's priceless these days, especially in Taiwan where most receptionists don't speak English. The hostel itself is very clean and well located. It's in an excellent spot and is clean and comfortable, but the owners are the best part. They're so sweet and helpful, always ready with recommendations and help booking tickets. When a typhoon was about to hit, they even drove us to the train station. They speak English fluently, too. Thank you so much for all your help! 🥰
