The rooms felt luxurious and comfortable, and the pool was great. Having laundry by the pool was convenient too. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide selection, including lots of special handmade delicacies made with healthy, fresh local ingredients. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

I was a little concerned after reading so many negative reviews, but the hotel turned out to be perfectly okay and legitimate. It's not a centrally located luxury five-star place, but for one or two nights it has what you need: a clean room, comfortable bed, reasonable service, and good breakfast. Since it happened to be my birthday, the friendly staff even gave me a cake for free. I can't say I was unhappy with the experience.

The breakfast buffet had lots of options, though I'm not sure it's always included since it came with my stay. We spent two nights in a family room, and the experience was very good overall. The room was roomy and clean, with okay sound insulation: you can hear other people a bit, but it's not too bad. The hotel is in a remote area, so having a car should make things fine. Most of the parking is outdoors, as there are only a few basement spaces. There's also a spa, and you need a swimsuit and swimming cap to use it.

The pool area was nice, and the pool staff were helpful. The rooms were okay, but check the view carefully when booking: “mountain view” only applies to one side of the hotel. The other side faces a dreadful industrial zone. The hotel is in a terrible industrial area, far from everything, and reception staff weren't helpful. The breakfast buffet felt more like something from a two-star hotel than a four-star one. The shower controls were needlessly complicated when trying to find the right temperature. You could get the same experience at a much cheaper hotel, so save your money.
