The staff were kind, and there are nice play areas for little kids and older children. The hotel is just down the road from the train station. Our room was spacious and nice, but the walls were thin enough that the noisy room next door felt almost like part of ours. I struggled to fall asleep, and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Still, we had a nice stay.

It’s fairly new and very clean, with excellent customer service, though I did think it was a little pricey. The pool was great and everything was clean, so I have no real concerns, but I might take off a quarter star because the pool area didn’t match its description and advertising. Bring your own toiletries, including hand soap, since the government’s no-free-disposable-toiletries policy is in place to save the environment. They can provide them if you ask, in return for a small donation to charity. I usually bring my own anyway because I’ve never liked hotel soaps and shampoos.

The facilities were excellent and seem ideal for families. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with none of the chemical fragrance or unpleasant smells I’ve noticed in other hotels. We loved staying here and recommend it 👍

We were very happy with our stay. The staff were all polite and friendly, the room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of delicious dishes, and Taitung Station is very close by.
