During one of Taitung’s busy seasons, Yicheng was a wonderful host. While I was visiting Taitung City, he kindly told me about the area and made sure I enjoyed my time there.

The location worked well for us. It’s about a ten-minute walk from Taitung bus interchange, with shops and restaurants nearby. Haibin park, Taitung night market and Railway Act Village are also within walking distance. Our room was spacious, with a double bed and a single bed, and the toilet was fairly large and clean. The free Chinese and Western buffet breakfast was simple but nice. The service staff were friendly and polite. It was a comfortable stay, and we’d come back if we’re in Taitung.

The room was spacious, and there are restaurants nearby, but parking is a little far from the hotel. Some things could use attention: there’s no bidet, the shower leaks toward the ceiling, and the oven toaster is no good. There was no coffee creamer, and the carpet needs frequent cleaning.

After a long day of driving, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet, and parking and breakfast were free. The hotel has been bought and renamed Kueishen, and the service was fine.
