Our stay at “On My Way Taitung Hotel” was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very clean. After we walked, they arranged a delicious dinner and gave us certificates for completing the hike. The walk on A Lang Yi Historic Trail was an amazing experience. It covers 5 miles along the coast, with varied terrain and stunning scenery. We were lucky to have two fantastic guides who really knew their stuff. I highly recommend both the hotel and the guided walk to A Lang Yi through the On My Way Taitung Hotel & Backpackdog group.

The hostel is clean and modern, with excellent facilities. The team were especially friendly and gave me great tips for things to do nearby. It’s a little outside Taitung City, but close to the railway station and bus if you want to explore nature. They also provide free bike rental if you need to head into town.

I stayed here during a bike trip and had a great time. The staff were accommodating, and the atmosphere was so friendly. They even held a Christmas celebration with cupcakes for guests. It’s far from the city, but the bus options are easy and frequent. Best hostel in Taiwan!!

The location is a little awkward, but they lend out bicycles for free. The place is warm and clean, and the comfortable rooms and free breakfast made it feel like home. It’s also a great source of information about the area. Thanks so much to Ray for the lovely conversations and for speaking English so well.

A quiet area and a great location. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and good at communicating. I’ll definitely come back.
