Taitung mini trip hostel

The owner was warm and kind, and the room was bright, comfortable, and roomy, with a cozy feel to the furnishings. Having a window to the outside in every room was a real plus. It’s a little way from the city, but the free Gogoro loan made getting around very convenient. I hope the owner will let the cats out to walk around. Seeing them kept in cages both days made me feel a bit sad. Breakfast was no longer being served for some reason. I’m looking forward to trying the owner’s cooking someday, and I’ll definitely visit again!

You can borrow a Gogoro here, which made getting around really easy. The room and bathroom were bright, tidy, and had windows facing outside, and the shared areas were very clean. The boss was friendly and handsome. Push push push 👍

The owner lent guests Gogoro scooters, so getting into the city was easy and we didn't have to deal with parking there. At first I worried the guesthouse was too far from the center, but that turned out not to be a problem. The stairwell has a noticeable echo, as some reviews mentioned, though the noise really depends on the other guests. During our three days it was remarkably quiet and peaceful. The place is spotless, even by my clean-freak standards, and brighter and cleaner than many hotels. Its decor sits between cozy minimalism and a boutique look, with cute retro touches. We had a wonderful stay and got some good rest and memories.

The owner lent us Gogoro bikes, which was so kind, and chatted about Taitung's distinctive customs over breakfast. Their stories really conveyed the warmth of the place. Breakfast was delicious, and the first-floor dining room had local Taitung artifacts and music. Our room was clean, comfortable, and neat. It was excellent value for money.
