We loved the breakfast and found the staff really nice. Construction next door woke us early, but it wasn't a big deal. They kindly offered to move us to another room, though we figured it probably wouldn't be much different. One thing that could be better is the TV: local channels don't offer much for visitors from abroad, so I hope they upgrade to smart TVs. We still loved our stay.

The staff are friendly, the room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the location works well for visiting the night market and Tiehua market. This was my second stay here, and I hope to come back after my Green Island trip.

Tiehua Park is right in front, with evening food and lots of events. The hotel staff were kind and very helpful, and breakfast came in a nicely decorated room with a pretty good choice of food. The rooftop pool has a great view, but food and drinks have been unavailable since COVID in 2022, which is disappointing when there are tables up there. Some corridors could use refreshing.

The rooftop pool has a beautiful view and is well looked after. An attendant was cleaning it and handing out towels, and he was very nice. I loved how welcoming and comfortable everything felt, from the soft beds and cozy robes to the spacious bathroom and lovely shower with toiletries.

The staff were very approachable, and since our booking didn't include breakfast, they gave us a list of nearby places to choose from. The room was nicely furnished, and the shower area was separated well enough to keep the toilet dry. If you use the bathtub, put down the drying towel first so you don't slip. I'd definitely recommend this place.
