The location is the only thing I can give it credit for. The rooms are tiny, with no space to open two suitcases, and the bathroom setup is awful: there’s no separate shower, so the whole room gets wet. The frosted glass also lets light through and can bother the other person in the room. The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on, basically a wooden piece. I’m not exaggerating. My group had three rooms for two days, and all of it was 100% awful. It felt like a very low-budget hostel. The 5 star reviews must be fake. Avoid.

The location is convenient, but the room is simple and the bed is thin and hard. The air conditioning didn’t work well. I set it to 18 degrees, but it didn’t even feel like 26.

The room was clean and compact, with everything we needed, though sometimes I wished we had a bit more elbow room. The shower was nice, and I loved the soft water, which felt great on my skin. Great location, and I love the city too.

I loved how close it was to the art village and night market, with all those delicious snacks nearby. The hotel is right across from the transfer bus station, with lots of routes to beautiful places in Taitung. Breakfast was plentiful, and there are unlimited fresh ice non-alcoholic drinks in the lobby.
