The room wasn't very clean, and it was really cold because wind was coming inside.

We booked for two adults and one child at check-in, and the quoted price included two breakfast vouchers. Only two of us ate, but there was no extra bed, not even a double bed, and no extra breakfast vouchers. Then at checkout they said there was an additional charge for the child. They tried to justify it with excuses like, "I made a mistake with the new customer." They quoted one price and charged us more. I feel this was fraud, and I'm going to report it to the Consumer Protection Association. The place was really dirty too, with thick dust everywhere. The negative reviews are true. I believe the positive reviews I saw were posted by their own people, and the photos were fake.
