The rooms felt a little dated, but the location is terrific and the staff service was what really stood out. My toddler was sick and threw up twice overnight. When we called reception for extra sheets, the first thing they asked was how my son was. They checked on him again when we checked out, too. Our sons have thrown up in hotels before, and nobody else has asked after them like that. It means a lot when staff show that kind of care. Well done!

Everything you need is nearby, including lots of nice restaurants, and the hotel is in a very good location. It’s quite new and clean as well.

Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. What made the stay especially memorable was how kind and helpful everyone was, particularly Annie Tung, the hotel’s GM. She took the time to find places for dragon-dance training and followed up with us about the event. That personal attention meant a lot, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year.

We only stayed overnight, but the staff were so nice, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

There are several convenience stores right nearby, so food and drinks are easy to find 24 hours a day, and the area feels super safe. The hotel also has a pool and spa, and buses make it easy to get to Taipei and other places. My room was quiet and clean, and the staff were very polite. Breakfast wasn’t luxurious, but it was tasty and fine, especially if you like Chinese food.
