Kai Du Hotel

The breakfast stood out to me. There's a good selection and enough food for most people, and diners cleared their tables to the counter for cleaning. The hotel is dated, and the room was a bit small, but it had what I needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful, and check-in and checkout were easy. The location is good too, a short walk from shopping and places to eat.

The staff weren't helpful. Even when I had heavy luggage, they didn't open the main door for me. Breakfast was disappointing too: dirty plates and chopsticks, overly salty ham, very little choice, and nothing tasty. The hotel is far from the MRT station and poorly located. My room had thick dust, smelled bad, and felt very old. The towels were so worn they looked like rags.

I can't think of any negatives. The rooms were clean, the helpdesk service was good, and the price was fair for the quality. I had a really good stay and would come back when I'm in the country again.

The event went smoothly, without any issues. The place was clean and well organized, and the staff were really friendly.
