The price wasn’t cheap, so I was surprised that no invoice or receipt was available when I asked at checkout. I called the owner and was told to leave the key on the living room table. During the stay, I phoned whenever I had a question or needed something, and they quickly brought replacement toilet paper after I found the roll was empty. There were other issues, though. The entrance sign shown online had been removed, and there was a strong sour smell as soon as I walked in. I’m not sure if it was because garbage hadn’t been collected during the Spring Festival holiday. The bunk bed sheets were torn, and the baby bathtub in the bathroom was a little moldy.

The room had a slide, though it seems best suited to very young children, below kindergarten age. The treehouse stairs are steep, so kids need to watch their step. We’d asked for a second-floor room because some guests had mobility issues, but when we arrived, we were told it had already been given to another group. The owner eventually helped sort it out, but the whole experience left a bad impression. We stayed over the Double Ten holiday for 3000. The room had a double bed, a large single bunk bed, and a mini slide. My two-and-a-half-year-old daughter was still playing on it at midnight and wanted to keep going. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there were toiletries, toothbrushes and toothpaste, large towels, and a hair dryer. The bed, blanket, and pillows were very comfortable. We usually bring an extension cord for phone charging, and we were lucky to find a parking space right outside on a rainy day.

There was a strong cat smell throughout the guesthouse, and my nose itched so badly that I had to sleep in a mask. The itching stopped after I left, but even days later I could still sense the smell in my nasal passages. I don’t dislike cats, but that odor felt strange in a guesthouse. This was the most unpleasant place I’ve ever stayed, so think twice before booking. Justice will prevail. Heaven is watching. The room itself had a lot of problems: the blankets weren’t smooth when I arrived, there were white mold stains on the curtains, and broken bulbs hadn’t been replaced. The shower curtain was moldy, which even my six-year-old complained about. The baby bathtub had a black bottom, there was black grime around the toilet rim, and no toilet paper was provided until I asked.
