The coffee at breakfast was cold, and there’s no conditioner, just shampoo and body soap, which was a problem for my hair. Showers also had to be quick: after a while the water turned cold and took 15 minutes to warm up again. The bathroom drain didn’t work well, so water spread everywhere when we showered. It’s cozy and would work well if one big family rented the whole building, but I can’t give it more than three stars. Safety is a basic issue: the elevator is the only way up and down, with no second option in an emergency apart from jumping from one building to the other.

We had a lovely weekend here. The room was spotless, with the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. It’s right by the beach, and parking was provided. The staff were so friendly, and breakfast was fantastic, especially the homemade toast. If you get the chance, try both the Chinese and Western options. Thanks for a great weekend, we’ll see you again!

From the front you see the lake, and from the back there’s the sea. I’d recommend staying on the top floor to take in both views. It’s a nice spot, just a five-minute walk to the beach, and it’s drone-friendly. Not bad for hanging out with a big group of friends or having a party.

The three clever, cute dogs can even show you the way to the beach. The staff were warm and helpful, too. It’s a lovely place with a laid-back feel and a great view. Our room was really nice and had all the amenities. Definitely worth a stay, and we’ll come back! ☺️
