The area was quiet, with a nice mountain view, and the host was kind and accommodating. Breakfast can be provided if you ask. The room was great, with a nice TV and good WiFi, and the hotel was very clean. Its location also made it convenient to explore nearby cities.

I didn't expect to come across such a good B&B and layer cake shop in Yilan. I'd happily go back again and again.

We stayed on the third floor, and having an elevator made getting up there easy. The room had lovely decor, with a dressing table, a little chair to relax in, and floral cushions on the bed. In the bathroom, there was a rack for hanging towels and clothes. The herbal shampoo and shower gel smelled really nice. The first floor is a dessert shop, and we needed a cake, so we ordered a custom 4-inch one. It was under NT$600, a great price, and tasted delicious. We had a great stay at Luhua B&B. My boyfriend found it quiet overall, apart from the neighbor's dog barking now and then. Highly recommend!

We had a great view of the rice fields and distant mountains from our third-floor room. It was clean, including the bathroom, and quiet thanks to good soundproofing. The TV was huge too. We were there on October 24th for our daughter's birthday, and the owner's daughter made a homemade cake. It was cute and made with good ingredients, and our daughter ate all the whipped cream! 😂 Breakfast the next morning was tasty and nutritious, especially the refreshing soy milk. The entrance looked beautiful, and the simple, sweet decor suited the dessert theme. The owner was very friendly, gave us a warm and detailed introduction at check-in, and welcomed us at breakfast with suggestions for attractions and markets nearby. We were very satisfied and will come back with friends. 👍👍

The room was prettier and felt bigger in person than it did in the photos. The official site only showed part of it. I loved how spotless the bathroom was, right down to the dry faucets. A clean bathroom is one of the things I look for when choosing a B&B. The king mattress was amazingly comfortable, and I couldn't even feel my boyfriend get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The pillows were just the right height and firmness. The TV had YouTube and Netflix, so we were happily occupied for both nights. I've wanted to stay at a Yilan B&B for ages. When people ask about my hobbies, I say, "Staying at every B&B in Yilan!" For my birthday this year, my boyfriend let me choose one as a gift. I could already feel the owner's enthusiasm while asking questions online and making the booking. I'd been looking forward to the trip since mid-January, and finally got to go in early February. There was plenty of parking, and as soon as we got out of the car, the owner waved to us from inside. They explained the room layout carefully and even carried our luggage to the elevator, which made us feel looked after. 🤗🤗🤗 The owner responded quickly whenever we had a question or request. When I thought breakfast was too much and asked for a smaller portion, they adjusted it thoughtfully. I also secretly asked the owner to arrange tiramisu for my boyfriend's birthday and chill it in the fridge. When I opened it, there was a cake on a tray under a glass dome, with a lighter ready too. It felt so special! After checking out, we asked the owner about something, and they kindly contacted the manufacturer for us. We ordered two right away to take home! 😳 This is one of the few guesthouses that's really stayed with me, and I'd definitely return. My boyfriend and I are already hoping to try a different room next time. 💛 And if we extend our stay, I hope we can have a different breakfast! 🫶🏻
