Smile Orange Homestay

We were held up by our travel plans and felt bad about making the landlady wait so long. She was lovely about it and even gave us directions to nearby attractions. The rooms were very clean, the prices reasonable, and the business was thoughtful and attentive. They also brought breakfast to our room, and it was delicious. The place participates in the government's current NT$1,000 travel subsidy, so I highly recommend it!

The room for four was tidy, comfortable, and smelled lovely. It felt thoughtfully designed, and the landlady had even turned on the air conditioning before we arrived. She was kind and ready to help with anything. Breakfast seemed half store-bought and half homemade; the homemade soy milk had a nice caramelized flavor and was filling. The exterior was average and the parking spot a bit small, but the value was great, and I'd stay again if I had the chance.

My daughter stayed for two nights and already says she wants to come back. The landlady was warm and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was generous and tasty.

The inside was cozy and clean, even though the exterior and reception look much like an ordinary home. We nearly missed the place because its sign is so hard to spot. Our accommodation was in another area. The owner was welcoming and suggested itineraries. She refunded us when we couldn't eat there in the morning, and after checkout she insisted we have our snacks in the reception area before leaving and made us black tea. We really appreciated the hospitality. If you just need somewhere to stay, I highly recommend it. The place is incredibly cheap and good value, especially with the government subsidy. 👍👍👍
