Duo Xiaolu Homestay No. 1 made our couple of nights on Lambai Island, Xiaoliuqiu, feel magical. Its simple, minimalist look blends Scandinavian touches with local culture, and that comes through in everything from the welcome to breakfast. The rooms are beautiful, and the location is still central even though we chose it over places nearer the ferry pier. Thank you for your hospitality. More than five stars!

The room was spacious, clean, and looked just like the website photos. The staff were friendly too. The route to the BnB has a lot of uphill, but we found a path that was easier for our electric scooters once we stopped following the GPS.

Duoxiaolu is a stylish, modern place with a lovely ocean view and a soft breeze. The interior facilities are among the best on the island, and breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the atmosphere during our three days and two nights, and would come back in the near future.

There’s enough room for late-night snacks at the little table in the room, and the balcony also has tables, chairs, and ashtrays. The bathroom has a flush toilet, and there are outlets on both sides of the bed, which made charging easy. It’s fairly close to the city center, yet the surroundings are quiet. The facilities were sufficient, and I was very satisfied.
