The location made getting around easy, right beside Shuishe Pier and several 7-11s. The staff helped us get oriented, arranged bicycles, and even had the manager show us the right cycling path around Sun Moon Lake. Everyone was genuinely hospitable and extremely helpful. Our room was cozy and used its space well, with a sleek, practical design. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was included, with a thoughtful, tasty mix of Taiwanese and Western food. I highly recommend staying here and wish we’d had more time.

When we missed the last ferry and got stuck on the other side of the lake, the hotel helped us arrange a car. Earlier, the manager had adjusted all our bikes himself and guided us to the start of the bikeway. That kind of care made the service exceptional. The rooms were clean, modern, and well appointed, with comfortable beds, clean showers, and nice amenities. The location is very convenient. I’d stay again, though I hope it doesn’t get too popular. It’s a gem.

The location is great, about five minutes from Sun Moon Lake and three minutes from the Shuishe area, with a 711, bus stop, restaurants, and a bakery. There’s free parking and free manual and electric bike rental for guests. The rooms are cozy, with snacks and drinks in the mini fridge, plus more free snacks during happy hour on the top floor. The friendly staff really made it a five-star stay. I got lots of advice on bike routes to scenic spots. xiaoma was especially helpful with food suggestions, since there aren’t many options around the lake, and was patient while I swapped bikes.

A small hotel with a nicely designed room and a generous, sumptuous breakfast. The lounge has free-flow beer from 8-10pm. Staff were polite and helpful, including when I asked for an earlier breakfast. The mattress was a little too soft for me, but otherwise all was good.

We got to use the hotel’s e-bikes for an early morning ride around the lake on departure day. They set them up in advance and made sure they were fully charged. The service was very friendly, and the hotel itself is charming, with simple but elegant rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and there’s a top-floor room with snacks and drinks.
