The bathroom needs more attention. There were quite a few black mold spots on the window frame, and cleaning those would make the stay much better. Most other areas were acceptable. Still, waking up to the lake scenery was a highlight, and the hotel is right by Sun Moon Lake with lovely views. Parking nearby made getting there easy, especially by car. Breakfast had a satisfying selection and met expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant, memorable stay.

The bathroom had an odor, the hallway was tight, and there wasn’t much room to open a suitcase. Still, I could watch the sunrise from bed through the balcony view, which made up for a lot. No need to pay for a ride up a mountain like I did in Alishan last time. Just a cozy bed and the sun, not bad!

That view is stunning, and for me it made the stay worthwhile. The beds were clean, though the bathroom felt a bit run down. We booked three nights, but they didn't make the beds or empty the bin, which I found strange. It can be a little noisy early in the morning. Breakfast was okay, but I wouldn't pay extra for it.

The room looked nice, and the location was really handy, right by the bus station and the pier for boats to other parts of the lake. But bedbugs completely spoiled our stay. We were badly bitten, and later saw other reviews describing the same problem. We're still on vacation somewhere else, dealing with constant itching, rashes, and discomfort. This needs attention ASAP.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast had a really good range of Taiwanese food. The room was a good size, though the decor, furniture, and linens all felt aged. It’s conveniently located in shuiehe, near the bus to Alishan.
