My friend Dexter and I stayed here November 15-16. The room was tidy and cozy, and the breakfast on the seventh floor was well prepared, with a great view. Elsa, her Mother, and Auntie were welcoming, approachable, professional, and well-mannered. They speak English fluently and helped us with suggestions for places to visit. We really appreciated the hospitality from everyone managing the B&B. Looking forward to staying again 🥰👍🫶

The owner and his wife made us feel so welcome. When my friend felt a little unwell, his wife went to the kitchen and made him an orange remedy. That was so thoughtful. The receptionist was also kind and welcoming, and the owner was always ready to help and make sure we had what we needed. Everything was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was incredible. We had a wonderful stay full of warmth and hospitality, and I’d give this hotel five stars. I’ll choose it again next time I’m back in Sun Moon Lake, with the same lovely owner and team. Many thanks to the owner and his wife for making our stay special!

The breakfast was a real highlight. It was freshly made by the owner, and the dining area on the top floor had amazing views. The staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We booked a double room overlooking the lake. It was spotless and much bigger than we expected, and the huge shower was one of our favorite parts. The owner was kind, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish. The location was great too, right by the bike trail, restaurants, and convenience stores. We wished we could have stayed longer. It was one of our favorite places in Taiwan, and we’d definitely book again if we’re back in the area.

The owner was incredibly hospitable and even gave us a free ride near the Shuishe ferry terminal. We had a spacious quad room with a breathtaking lake view, and breakfast in the morning was delicious.

The owner was really nice, and the hotel was lovely and clean. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk along the lake from the bus station. I’d recommend staying here and would happily come back 🌟
