Getting to Arusha centre was easy, with the main road just two minutes away and taxis easy to find. I found Meru Hostel authentic and so friendly, and ended up staying five days. I could have stayed longer if I’d had the time. Sabony gave me a warm welcome and kept checking that I was comfortable. He was also good at finding contacts and solutions for the activities I wanted to do. I had drinks at Klub Africo at night, a very authentic, friendly place where they really tried to accommodate my needs. Thanks, Meru Hostel, for making my time in Arusha amazing. I’d recommend staying here for either a short or longer visit.
