The rooms were clean, there was hot water around the clock, and the surroundings were quiet with some shops nearby. But during my 3-day stay, there was no Wi-Fi, and I kept asking for a towel without ever getting one. Breakfast was okay, though it could be better.

There are three room categories, and all the rooms are fairly spacious with standard furnishings. One wing has lovely views of Mt Meru. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants, and it’s easy to reach from both the CBD and the bus-terminus.

You can get a nice view of town from the rooftop, and the hotel is easy to reach right in Arusha city centre. The rooms and food are good and affordable. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and always smiling and ready to help. Wi-Fi worked well, although it was very poor on the 6th floor. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arusha town.

The conference room on the 6th floor works well for all kinds of meetings. The hotel is in central Arusha, close to all forms of transportation, and the rooms are good. The food is finger licking, and the friendly staff are always smiling and ready to help. Take some time to stay here and you’ll leave happy.

A really nice place, though it needs renovation to keep the quality up.
