A cozy, simple place with big rooms, bathrooms, and hot water. The internet is free, and the staff are friendly and comfortable to deal with. It’s affordable too, with great customer service and security.

Dalma lodge gave us an enjoyable experience, and the service was really interesting. The receptionist welcomed us warmly. It’s the best, and an amazing affordable place.

It’s about 25 minutes from the airport, and the price is quite fair. The rooms are much bigger than some you’ll find in stone town, and the place itself is nice. Still, the reception team doesn’t seem trained to welcome and look after guests, especially foreigners.

The city centre is quite far away. Worse, although an airport pickup had been offered by email, nobody came to get us. When our taxi finally brought us there, no one opened the door, so at 2 am we had to find another hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.
