The restaurant food was good and came quickly, and my room stayed clean because the ladies kept coming to make sure I could sleep comfortably. Check-in and check-out were especially smooth. It's hard to find a hotel where everything satisfies you, but the people here take their business seriously and the service went beyond what I expected. I had no complaints. I recommend crown plaza as the best in Dar es salaam.

I’m writing this on 15th May, 2026. Every staff member treated me really well, especially Ayubu Tenza, Janeth Charles, Veronicah, and the lady who handles guest relations at the reception. My room was clean, and the service was lovely. Everything was great.

This was my first stay here, and so far it's been a good experience. We moved from room 602 to 519, and both rooms were nice. The reception staff readily helped when I needed something and didn't hesitate to switch my room. And the food at the restaurant is so good, I'd call it the best.

I booked two rooms for my family, and everyone enjoyed the stay. After traveling through many cities and countries, I'd put this among the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with access to a pool and gym. Staff were welcoming, kind, and professional, and reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant were available 24/7. I'd recommend it for a quiet, clean, luxurious stay with excellent service.
