Hotel Rolax

The reception staff were very good listeners, calm, and communicated well. Housekeeping also did a very good job, and the hotel was clean and quiet. The location is great and makes it easy to get around. I was there with my son, and the hotel itself is very good, but we had several problems that spoiled parts of the stay. The biggest issue was the water. Sometimes there was none at all. We were heading to my son's graduation from 6am and had no water. We called Reception and were told a plumber was coming. By 10:am, they apologized and offered to change our room just so we could shower, but there was no water again that evening. A/C was another big problem. Sometimes it worked, and when we called reception they fixed it, but the same issue kept returning. I felt like nobody cared. I think you need a good electrician. Breakfast was very good, though they could add bread and offer more fruit instead of greens. My advice is to have a plumber available whenever customers need help, with day and night shifts and an agreement that he stays for the whole shift. You also need a server for the whole building so an electrician can locate faults and fix them, rather than losing money on small repairs. The same goes for water, you need a server to find where the problem is. Many thanks to J4, who is working to ferry bot and chose the hotel Rolex for me. We really enjoyed it apart from those problems. I recommend the hotel to everyone. It's clean and one of the best in town.
