Onomo Hotel Dar es Salaam

My stay at the Onomo Hotels Dar was extremely good. The rooms felt fresh and were clean, and the staff were friendly and kind. Mr. Nestory gave me especially great customer service. His kindness from the moment I arrived convinced me to stay, and I'm glad I did. Keep up the good work and maintain the standards!

The front desk staff were professional and polite, and the hotel itself was fine, with a central location and spacious rooms. I ate there once for convenience. It was a little overpriced for what you get compared with a short walk away, though the meal was good. The bar and restaurant service needs a lot of work. Senior Mzee was good, but the other staff seemed half asleep and unresponsive, and one waitress had no idea what was going on.

For under USD 60 a night when booked through the official website, this is good value. The rooms are a good size, with comfortable beds and large glass walk-in showers. It's an excellent business hotel in central dar es salam. Service was okay, though it could be more efficient. The security guards were the best staff. Highly recommended.

The location is good and the facility is manageable, with a very good breakfast spread. During my stay, trainees were left alone at the front desk, which slowed down support. The rooms smelled stale and mouldy, so we had to open the windows for fresh air. Philemon was very helpful, but couldn't be there all the time. When he wasn't around, things became a challenge.
