I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant food was very good, and the rooms were spacious with all the amenities. The staff and service were very professional, and the location is excellent in downtown Dar es salaam.

Comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, and clean rooms. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and a pharmacy nearby.

4/10
The security guards were friendly and very helpful, which was a bright spot. The stay itself felt like poor value for the price. The accommodations fell short on finish and overall quality, and the service was lacking. Check-in felt awkward, and staff seemed to have trouble communicating effectively. The bathrooms seemed outdated, and the bed was too small for its headboard, which made things uncomfortable. Thin walls also affected our privacy and comfort.
