The rooms were clean, and when I asked for a car to the airport later, it was available on time. Still, this was the worst hotel experience I've had, and I can't recommend it for several reasons. I felt the hotel itself wasn't safe, and the surrounding area didn't seem safe either. The roads nearby weren't suitable for cars. People selling things around the hotel shouted loudly, so I couldn't sleep until 3 am; staff and guests were also a bit loud at night. Although the hotel confirmed my request for an airport pickup, nobody came. They say it's near the airport, but it isn't within walking distance.

A new raised highway has been built right in front of the building, which makes the place really hard to find. At check-in, the receptionist charged my card but wouldn't give me a TRA receipt, saying the machine wasn't working. Three weeks later, the guesthouse charged my card again. FRAUDULENT!!!

We booked at the last minute, and the service was good and very responsive. It's not far from the airport, and the price is only R500 including breakfast. I'd bring cash, though, as the card machine doesn't work.

The room was pretty good, with a big comfortable bed, mosquito net, TV, and other basics. The staff on hand were warm and friendly, but for the price, it wasn't really worth it. Check the exchange rate on your phone, because the one they offered was awful. I was quoted in USD but then had to pay in shillings, and accepting their rate would have cost me an extra 20%. They let me pay at the actual rate Google showed.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, and valet parking. Of the hotels near the airport, this one offers the best service.
