The rooms are huge and comfortable, the staff are lovely and friendly, and the new rooftop bar is great. Food service can be slow, and the pool could do with more regular cleaning, but those are minor issues.

The new building is very comfortable, and the staff are so kind. Best regards from egypt 🫡😍

The staff are polite and it’s a good hotel. Food may not suit every culture, though the quality is good regardless.

The location is perfect and the rooms are very spacious, but I couldn’t warm the room because the air conditioning wasn’t working while it was very cold. The kettle didn’t work at all either. Customer service was practically zero: I asked the front desk to replace the kettle, and it took forever 🫠.

It’s right in the city, close to the famous bar rainbow. The rooms are large enough, breakfast is just okay, and the service is great.
