The rooms were clean and there was hot water whenever I needed it. The hotel was fine, but I expected more. Breakfast was very average, which is why I couldn’t give it five stars. It also felt a bit expensive compared with nearby hotels of a similar size.

It was a memorable stay, with a peaceful atmosphere that suited relaxing and a professional feel that would work well for business meetings. The service and overall setting made the hotel a wonderful place to stay.

I arrived very late from Dar a few days ago, and they still made room for me. I had a restful night, and the price was reasonable for a clean room, comfortable bed, and outstanding breakfast. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Dom.

They cleaned my car without asking me, and there was no hot water.

The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and several menu items weren’t available. We were told there would be warm water, but there wasn’t any. I reported it, yet it still wasn’t fixed after five days, and no alternative room was offered. I couldn’t get a straight answer about the problems, and my request to meet the manager wasn’t granted.
