A lovely little find on Zanzibar's east coast. It's not right on the beach, but the place itself is beautiful. Mena from Egypt and Guilio from Italy give it a wonderful vibe, and the restaurant is very good. We also enjoyed the themed evenings, including movie and candlelight nights. For the price, staying a few days is an easy choice.

A small, very clean property with a great pool and amazing food. The location was great and the staff were lovely. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back. Next time, I want to try the yoga class.

The rooms were larger than we expected and really pleasing to look at. We loved hanging out by the pool, with float beds and comfortable seating in both sun and shade. Moyo, the onsite restaurant, served incredible food. We ate breakfast and dinner there several times and appreciated having plant-based dishes alongside the usual meat and fish choices. Ivan, the owner, was friendly, accommodating, and ready to help. The location was okay, though most days we got a ride to Paje to spend the day. The staff also arranged a romantic rooftop dinner for us. Highly recommend!

We loved being able to kite whenever we wanted, then relax and recharge at a good price. The kite beach is about a five minute walk away, with seemingly endless wind. The rooms are well equipped, very clean, shaded, and have nice outdoor showers. There's excellent food and service at the hotel, which felt rare for Zanzibar. We found big vegetarian choices, good local dishes, and European food that was also good, unlike at most restaurants in Zanzibar. Coconuts are available all day, and there are nice touches like evening cinema. Prices are great, and the drivers offer a high level of service. As with accommodation across Africa, things can be up and down. Whenever we contacted the owner or manager, they were responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
