The staff made the stay feel especially welcoming, always smiling and happy to share useful local tips. Our room was roomy and clean, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked reliably. A fantastic experience, and the location was just right.

The setting was wonderfully quiet, and the pools looked beautiful. Our room was huge, comfortable, and kept very clean. Khalid, the manager, was ready to help with anything we needed at any time, and all the employees were lovely. Breakfast had plenty of variety and everything was good quality; lunch and dinner were just as tasty and generous. The price was excellent too. Thank you so much! 🙌🏻

We had several days with power cuts, no water for showers, and no working kitchen, all in heat above 30 degrees, while traveling with young children. The generator could take 2 to 4 hours to come on, sometimes longer, and sometimes it never did. The showers were clogged with sewage, the pool was dirty and unusable, and the beach beds were broken. Turkuazz Zanzibar looked nothing like the photos. Staff and management were dismissive and unhelpful, passing responsibility around. Other reviews suggest this isn't an isolated experience. This place shouldn't be operating. Save yourself the stress and money. Do not book.

The natural setting really amazed us, and we all felt at ease here as a family. Everyone on staff was kind. It was a wonderful stay, and we'd definitely come back before the children grow up.
