The pool's heated, which is excellent in Mbeya's weather.

A great place, unlike what one of the other reviewers wrote.

Please don't go here. The service was very bad, and they burnt one of my expensive clothes after I gave it to them for laundry. Management is so poor.

It's a beautiful, quiet spot just outside downtown Mbeya, with plants and water around it. You can get to the shops easily, yet the setting still feels tucked away. The rooms are simple and nice, the restaurant and bar are good, and there's secure parking. My problem is the wait for food, about an hour. It happened both times I ate here, six months apart. The second time, friends I brought along as new customers cancelled their order and left without eating. I felt bad for recommending it. They hadn't been given an explanation, even though they'd called their order in before arriving.
