The green grounds and inviting pool made me wish I’d booked a longer stay at BruBru Lodge. It’s also conveniently close to the city center and cafes. I was there just one night, but everything was spotless, and my room looked stylish and had what I needed, including air con and a tea set. Doreen at reception showed me to the room and explained the amenities and meal times when I checked in. The staff were kind and very helpful. Breakfast had a good spread, with eggs and different add-ons available to order. I also really enjoyed the food, especially the chicken medallions and fruit salad. I’d happily recommend staying here in Tanzania.

After eight days of mountain hiking and a long drive back from our safari, this was a very comfortable place to recover. We stayed at brubru lodge during our Tanzania trip for a Mt Kilimanjaro hike and Serengeti Safari Tour, and loved it. The bedroom was clean, roomy, and well equipped, with a charging point beside each bed. Breakfast was good. The restaurant food tasted good too, though the menu had limited choices and could use more variety. After 8pm it’s too dark to feel safe walking around the hotel, but the staff can arrange transport. Highly recommended for anyone planning a visit to Moshi in Tanzania.

An unexpected airspace closure meant we had to fly home early and cancel before arriving. Our Booking.com booking was non-refundable, but the accommodation still returned the full amount as a goodwill gesture. They dealt with everything quickly and professionally, and their communication was very kind. We’re extremely grateful for the fairness and flexibility, and would gladly book here again.

After my Kili hike, I stayed here and absolutely loved the place. The food was delicious, and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The whole area feels like one lush garden. Thanks so much for having me!
