Janibichi adventures hostel

What makes Janibichi hostel special is the hospitality. Cosmas, the owner, and his family are some of the most genuine people I've met. They're kind, humble, and incredibly generous, and they'll do everything they can to make your time in Moshi special. I feel privileged and honoured to know them. I've stayed in many hostels while travelling, and this is one of the best I've ever been to. The rooms are outstandingly clean, and the breakfast is great too. If your travels bring you to Moshi, go straight to Janibichi hostel. You won't regret it. Thank You Cosmas, Ramadhana and Irene! I'll 100% be back, and I hope I get to work with them in the future.

The yard was a lovely place to relax with coffee in the morning or catch the evening breeze. It's near town without feeling congested, and there are nice walks nearby, including a river where you can dip your feet on a hot day. I spent two weeks here in an upgraded room with its own bathroom. You can talk with the host about visiting local schools and villages for a full Tanzanian experience. There's a living room with a TV, and rooms with bunk beds for groups. Fans are in the rooms and common areas. There's also a spot to work on your computer if you're connected to your SIM card.

It was my first time in Africa, and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Cosmas really wants to share what he knows about his country, including some very local, remote places. The foundation arranged a four-day safari and a solo Kilimanjaro climb with a team for me, at a very reasonable price compared with other agencies, with the same services. I got to discover local life and beautiful places through this establishment. I highly recommend it.

Cosmas is so nice. We went to the waterfall and had some great conversations. I had a super stay and can highly recommend this place.
