I asked for a refund for the second night we’d paid for, but they made excuses and wouldn't return the money. The staff were also very rude. They wouldn't warm our food or give us spoons. When we arrived, the price was different from what was listed on booking.com, and honestly, I felt robbed. Even the one star feels generous. Please don't stay here.

The room was noisy in the morning, and the hotel has a club that makes the rooms loud too. Parking wasn't available, despite being listed in the amenities, so we had to leave the car by the roadside. They also don't provide free breakfast with every room. The receptionist wouldn't lend us a spoon, saying they had none, even though there's a restaurant, and customer service was horrible. When paying in Tanzanian shillings, they asked for more than the listed price. We paid for two nights but left after one, and they refused a refund. The beds had insects and there were ants in the bathrooms. The hotel looked nothing like its pictures.

Rooms cost Tsh 20k-30k, which is good pricing, and the rooms themselves are good. Each top-floor room has a balcony where you can sit and take in a beautiful view of the city. A great motel, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, decent room.

It's easy to walk to attractions and restaurants from this spot in the heart of Moshi town. The downside is the busy market street, with all sorts of noise at every hour, day and night. The Wi-Fi also never worked during the two days I was there.
