Kilimanjaro Nungwi

The two ladies who run the hotel and the staff stepped in like it was their own family when we had a health incident and needed to be admitted late at night. Their support and guidance in a difficult moment were precious, and they organised everything. That alone, along with the hotel’s good location and the overall experience, makes this a worthy place to stay in Nungwi. Our rooms were spacious and very clean, cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast, made with local products, was delicious. The staff were extra friendly and made us feel comfortable, welcome and safe. THANK YOU LADIES for your support, and thanks to all the staff for the hospitality, smiles and warmth.

We came back the next day for lunch after stopping in by chance for coffee. The fresh mango drink was delicious and something special, and lunch was really tasty too. It’s a beautiful place in a jungle-like setting, with a cozy pool and a very friendly atmosphere. The staff were lovely and smiling, and the coffee was delicious. It’s in a great spot, just a jump from the beach, with shops at the entrance where you can buy clothes and food.

The two owners are the best part of the stay: kind, friendly and always smiling. They even make delicious traditional Hungarian bread for guests! The hotel’s comfort, surroundings, pool and breakfast were all great, and Nungwi Beach is only a few minutes away on foot. If you come to Nungwi, you must stay at this Kilimanjaro Hotel!

The pool was a lovely place to unwind under the green trees, with spots for both sun and shade. We also really liked the breakfast, and the staff were kind. It’s a peaceful, homely place to stay near Nungwi’s beautiful beaches, away from the busy beach and town center. Our room was cleaned every day, too.
