Sky and Sand Zanzibar Beach Resort

The staff took great care of us while staying very unobtrusive. We're not used to having staff in our house, so it was a good balance: they helped without hovering. The Villa was spacious and bright, with easy access to the outdoors. We had a wonderful stay.

The beach right outside the villa was stunning, and the place was so quiet and peaceful. Our family of five had plenty of space and comfort. It looked and felt much better than the pictures. The staff were welcoming and on point, chef Mati makes the best seafood BBQ 😍, and Maryan was super fast to respond and sort out our needs on the spot. We made so many beautiful memories here. Highly recommended 👍🏽

We found Garden Beach Villas by chance after another place in the area cancelled our booking, and were pleasantly surprised. The small villa had a clean bedroom, a good-sized bathroom and a large living area joined to a basic kitchen with pretty much everything we needed. Outside there was plenty of room for chairs and sunloungers, overlooking a beautifully cared for garden with direct access to a calm, relaxing beach. Breakfast was fresh and on time, with juice, fruit, pancakes, eggs and bread. The staff were always welcoming, smiley and ready to help. A family of cats and kittens joined us too, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved it. Thanks especially to Mati. A couple of things could be improved: it was hard to find without signposts, so directions or a sign nearby would help. There was no mosquito net in the room. That wasn't a big issue for us, but having one would be nice.

The staff were lovely, and the rooms were clean and peaceful. My family had a great time here in Zanzibar. I found it much nicer than staying in a hotel.
