Riu Jambo

Kulinarium at Hotel Riu Jambo became one of the highlights of our stay. The setting is beautiful, the atmosphere calm and elegant, and the food was far better than I’d expect at an all inclusive resort. The dishes were thoughtfully prepared, balanced, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Each course felt carefully made rather than rushed or generic. Meshack’s leadership really sets the place apart. He leads by example, stays present and attentive, and is genuinely kind while keeping everything in hand without becoming stiff or formal. We felt welcome and cared for right away. The whole team worked smoothly, with warm, professional service that seemed effortless. You can sense the pride in the kitchen and the respect for guests. This felt like a proper dining experience, not just a hotel restaurant. If you’re staying at Riu Jambo and skip Kulinarium, you’ll miss something special. Compliments to the whole team, especially Meshack, for such a memorable meal.

The staff made our honeymoon at Riu Jambo on 06.11.2024 feel special from the start. We’ve never met such a kind, professional, and amazing team anywhere else in the world. Every person went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The service, comfort, and organization were excellent throughout. The hotel is well located, feels very safe, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of variety. Our expectations were exceeded, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our honeymoon. We’d highly recommend Riu Jambo for an unforgettable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff really made our trip special. The waiters, waitresses, and security team were cheerful, helpful, and always smiling. Service was quick too: soft drinks were refilled, an extra pillow was brought, and anything that needed fixing was taken care of straight away. Housekeeping did a great job, and the bar service was good. The beach was picture-perfect, the hotel had an amazing atmosphere, and the food was really good, especially at the buffet. The one weak spot was reception. The receptionists, especially the women there, never smiled and were sometimes a bit rude. If they could learn from the rest of the team, this would have been a 12 out of 10 stay.
