We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. The room was roomy, cozy, and newly renovated, with everything thought through for a comfortable rest. Having a little kitchen, a washing machine, and secure parking for the car was a great convenience. Thanks for the hospitality!

We arrived exhausted after a long trip with four children between our two families, only to find we had to search for somewhere else to stay. The owner had rented the house to other people, even though we’d booked it two months ahead and paid a deposit. We’d called the day before, and she assured us everything was fine. She returned the deposit but took no responsibility, leaving us tired, upset, and at a loss. This ruined our vacation. I wouldn’t recommend booking with them. Spare yourself the stress.

The house was clean, with comfortable beds and a bathroom for every room. It was warm inside even though the temperature dropped to -2 at night, thanks to the heating. We also had a summer kitchen with a stove, a barbecue, and a gazebo. The hostess welcomed us warmly and explained everything. We liked the convenient location too: the center and market were an easy walk, as were the swimming pools in Beregovo. We drove to the thermal waters at Kosino and Zhayvoronok. We stayed at the end of October and would happily come again.

Our vacation was spoiled, and after this experience we don’t want to go back for years. We’d never come across anyone so dishonest on our travels. She took our advance payment, but when we got to Beregovo, she had resold the cottage we booked to someone else for a higher price. Then she offered rooms in a neighboring homeless hotel at three times the price, literally, and casually handed back our deposit before walking away. An advance payment from her doesn’t guarantee your booking, so don’t pay it.
