It’s a nice-looking place, but the service was terrible. We were told to expect our order in 20-25 minutes, yet waited an hour and a half. After an hour, I asked whether they’d forgotten us. I was told they’d make a milkshake right away and bring the salads in 10 minutes, while the meat and fish were just going on the grill. When I pointed out that they’d promised up to 25 minutes and had only just started cooking after an hour, they shrugged and said there was one cook who also had to prepare food for a banquet. No apology. I understand the situation, but an hour and a half is too long, and they should have warned us. We were the only ones who had ordered food, and I didn’t see a banquet either. The kitchen workflow clearly isn’t sorted out. I can see from other negative reviews that this isn’t the first complaint, and it’s disappointing that the owner or main manager hasn’t fixed anything. I can’t wish the place prosperity. Either fix the service or close down instead of dragging down the reputation of Ukrainian establishments.

The food is tasty, but repetitive, and the rooms were dirty, with other people’s hair and things like that. Be prepared to pay for everything, even if you bring your own hookah. What bothered me most was how unfriendly they were toward guests. It felt like they were hinting, “Why did you come here? Get out as soon as possible.” I’ve been several times, and it gets worse each time. I wouldn’t recommend spending your weekend or vacation here.

The beach looks like it’s never been cleaned, and the bottom is full of mud. The photos make everything look much better. The administrator was very rude and treated guests disrespectfully. Come here if you want to ruin your mood.

The place looks beautiful, but that’s about where the good part ends. We booked a room and arrived on the agreed day, but nobody met us. We had to search the grounds ourselves for the receptionist. There was a wedding that day, so I understand the staff may have been tired, but I hadn’t come home to them either. We got the key and went to the room, only to find dust and cobwebs everywhere, plus rhinestones and a bra strap from previous guests in the closet. We asked for the room to be cleaned, and were shocked when the reply was, “I don’t care, you don’t have to stay if you don’t like it.” A waitress who’d overheard us by the bar offered to do a wet cleaning, and we agreed. They only dusted the nightstands. Ordering food was another hassle because we had to find someone to take the order, and the food took a long time. Some dishes were overpriced, especially alcohol and other drinks. The staff seemed to have no idea what service means, and even argued with each other in front of guests. There was no payment terminal, only card-to-card transfers. The bed linens weren’t fresh and had someone else’s hair on them. When the girl wiped the dust, she knelt on the pillows and sheets with her shoes on. During our three days, nobody offered to change the towels or take out the trash. That gives you an idea of how our vacation went.
