The massage wasn't very professional, so I wouldn't recommend it. Everything else made for a lovely stay: the cabins are tucked into the forest, a peaceful escape from the city's bustle, and the staff were courteous and took care of everything. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced, and the rooms were especially comfortable, with attention to the small details. The pool was pleasant and the water was warm.

Even in cold weather, there's plenty to do at this wonderful hotel in the middle of a forest reserve. The staff go the extra mile to keep you fed and entertained, and make sure the kids have things to explore. The decor and furniture are beautiful, and there's lots of local produce, including food from their own farm.

The cabins at Lisotel are beautiful inside and out, and the Ukrainian pich (stove) kept us feeling cozy. We enjoyed walking the trails, visiting the small local farm, and riding bikes around the property and beyond. For a peaceful nature break with excellent service, it's hard to beat. Ask when booking whether Serhiy will be there. He shares interesting facts about Ukrainian culture and can suggest what to try from the menu.

We spent four days at this beautiful, quiet place and came away excited and impressed. It brought back childhood memories of visiting our grandparents in their village house in a forested area. A lovely spot to clear your head after a crowded, grey city. The food was perfect, and thanks so much to all the staff. We'll be back soon.

Everything was well organized and good quality, and we had a great experience with the staff. Food is expensive, though: local borsch costs 125 UAH, a pot of tea is 120 UAH, and Turkish coffee is 75 USH. They do offer herbal tea made with locally collected Linden blossom for free.
