There wasn’t even a desk or table in the room, though they had a vase of dry grass that made me cough from all the dust on it. The bathroom was missing basic things too: nowhere to hang a towel or bathrobe, no shower shelf, and the soap was left on the floor. The foil trash bin in the toilet fell apart when I tried to open it. The rooms were uncomfortable and had no soundproofing. I could hear people talking in the neighboring rooms. Breakfast service was just as bad: they said they couldn’t make an omelette because, apparently, no eggs had been brought in. And in the morning, the administrator wasn’t at the hotel and only showed up at 9. I can’t remember the last time I had service this terrible.

We had a really pleasant, quiet and comfortable stay at RidMas. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were welcoming. Service was top-notch.

The breakfasts were delicious and had generous portions, the kind of food that feels like home. Rooms are modern, and the staff are friendly. The price is really good for today. There’s a spa complex and a river nearby, and the center is just a five-minute walk.

We arrived tired after a long trip at around 23:00 on 04.12.23 and stayed until 05.12.23. The sheets and towels hadn’t been changed and were stained, so we covered the pillows with our own things just to get through the night. There was another problem when flushing the toilet: water came up through the shower drain. The woman at reception was unpleasant and rude when we left. I had only told her the linens were dirty, but she didn’t hold back.
