We stayed one night with a group about a month ago. We arrived late in the evening, but they arranged dinner and breakfast for us. The food was delicious, and the kitchen girls really did their best. Special thanks to them. Our room had what we needed, was clean, and came with towels and bed linen. The bathroom was clean too, and the window had a lovely mountain view. It matched its price category. There's a barbecue area on the property that we didn't use, and small markets within walking distance where you can buy souvenirs. Something unpleasant happened, though. I forgot my clothes in the room. With early morning wakeups, a long journey, a busy tour schedule, and fatigue, it slipped my mind. I knew the owner was only there on weekends, but I called several times over the month, hoping they'd understand and send the clothes, even though I know they weren't obliged to and it was my problem. On my last call, an unknown woman responded with a lot of discontent and insults, got personal, and said, "we have different sizes of clothes and I did not carry your shirt and gray T-shirt to the second-hand store for pennies". I had only called to ask when I might expect the shipment, since so much time had passed and I was unsure my things were still there. I may have to visit again, but sadly not for a vacation.

The room was cozy, clean, and warm, and there were slippers for each guest, though I got two right ones 😢. But the pillowcase was torn and in terrible condition, the sheet was torn too, and there were strange stains on the bed. We couldn't just order food when we wanted it. They only cook to order, so you have to say in the morning what you want for dinner and in the evening what you want for breakfast. When we asked why no one had told us, we got silence, then, "well, call for a pizza delivery or some other food". There was no respect for guests. My husband and I were in Bukovel for the FIRST TIME, and whenever we asked something, we were told, "There is a Google map where you can see everything". We understood that the owner was at reception, in the kitchen, and everywhere in general. The owner also advised us against going to the Mushroom House on the first day because it was very expensive there. But where else could we eat if we weren't expecting food from you? It's a shame this was our first impression of the hotel, and the room wasn't worth the money at all. We'll never come back.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and at check-in they asked which floor and view we preferred. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice. There's a café on site with delicious food and generous portions, one serving is enough for two if you're traveling with children. We had a wonderful stay. The poor Wi-Fi is the one downside, and could be a problem if you need to work while on vacation.
