Arnika Hotel

Much cleaner and newer than the pictures on booking.com suggest. Very, very clean, and everything looks new.

The location is great!

This was our second stay at Arnika, and the rooms were spotless again. The owner clearly cares about the work, and we would consider staying here next time too. The spacious rooms, the view from the window, and having our own kitchen were all real pluses. If the parking situation worries you when you're driving, I wouldn't let it put you off. In February I got to parking lot #2 in ten minutes. During the season, the traffic leaving the lot takes longer than the drive there, wherever you're staying unless you're right in the lot itself. About the water and infections people mention: anyone who often stays in Bukovel knows this issue. It has happened before, it happens now, and it probably will keep happening. It's not specific to one hotel. Deputies have gotten sick too, even though they stay in hotels several times more expensive than Arnika. I'd stick to bottled water, including for brushing your teeth.

The location is good and the rooms were clean, but the sound insulation is poor. The water from the tap smells, and there was a strong sewage smell both in the rooms and around the hotel. We came back today, and everyone in our group got an intestinal infection. Be careful if you're planning to stay here. The owner told everyone checking in on their first day that it had only just started, but that's definitely not true. We were there for four days, and he told everyone the same thing.
