Chevalier Hotel & Spa

The rooms have magnificent views, and the ski access is so convenient: you can slide straight down to the trails and return right to the hotel. In the evening, it takes about 10 min to get to any spot at bukavel. The buffet breakfast is wonderful, and the spa is a must. The service was just wow. The manager, Ivan, was helpful and caring, answering our questions and sorting out every need. He made the stay at bukavel feel easy and perfect for us. Highly recommended, and thank you again, Ivan!

We spent 4 nights at chevalier hotel and had a really lovely stay. The bed was comfy, and it’s a great place to rest. The food and service were all good, and the staff were friendly and never turned down a request. There’s a pool with a lovely landscape view, plus a sauna, hamam, and salt bath. I’d recommend it and hope to visit again. Thanks so much.

My apartment at chevalier hotel was clean and so nice that it felt like staying in a 5 ⭐ hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to help. They washed my clothes, suggested attractions and places to go, and arranged car service. I’ll miss this place. The spa and pool with a jacuzzi were awesome, and the staff’s care and compassion made me feel like I was at my mom’s home.

I stayed for 3 days and was amazed by how good this hotal was. I’ve never had such a good experience. The customer service was the best, everyone was friendly and helped with whatever I needed. They even washed my clothes and helped us figure out attractions to visit. Amazing service, thanks!
