The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was the best we found in that part of the country. We were pretty demanding guests, traveling with three kids, so that really stood out. The hotel is right across from the ski lifts at Ukraine’s best ski resort, and has parking, an elevator, and breakfast too.
The staff were kind, the rooms quiet and clean, and breakfast was good with something different each day. The place seems to have opened in a hurry, though, since quite a few parts of the interior are still unfinished. The location is hard to beat, very close to lift #1.
This was my second vacation at the Grofa Hotel, and I love the place. There’s a special room for storing ski gear, and I think every room has a decent balcony. The bathrooms are big, which matters to a lot of people, and the rooms are very clean. Best of all, the ski lift is just across the street. Have fun 😁
We came back for a second stay this year. The rooms are nice and the views are lovely. Breakfast is really good, even if there isn’t a huge choice of dishes. It’s about 50 meters to lift #1, and lifts #2 and #7 are a 15-minute walk away.
The restaurant food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great too, right across from a chairlift, with food shops nearby and the resort center close by. Best place to stay in Bukovel!
