Sadyba Vyshenka

We booked for 10 days in August 2023 but left after just one. There are some good points: it’s in Tatariv, the view from the window and balcony is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and linen and towels are provided. The owner also lets you use a barbecue for free, and the price is moderate. But we’d booked a two-room place with its own kitchen and balcony, then learned on arrival that the kitchen was shared with the neighbors in the other second-floor room. The rooms are very basic, economy class, and the floor creaks badly. The balcony wasn’t finished, and we were afraid to step onto it. The gazebo is right by the road, so in the evening you have to shout over the traffic to talk. We left because there was a burning smell in the room all night. When we asked the owner to look into it, he said there was no smell and called us spoiled. We later found a boiler room on the first floor and understood where it came from, but the owner just shrugged and said everything was fine. After all that, I can’t recommend a stay at the Vyshenka estate.

We spent a winter stay here as two families. The house is conveniently located and has good soundproofing. The kitchen is spacious, with a lovely mountain view, and each room has its own shower and toilet. The weak WiFi was a downside, and the kitchen and bedroom were quite cool.

There are two cottages inside the fenced courtyard. The one farther back is for two families, and you can’t hear the highway from there. It has two floors, with a separate entrance to each floor’s room, and the rooms have their own amenities, a kitchenette, TV and two bedrooms. There’s a gazebo for grilling kebabs. The owners live in one part of the second cottage and rent out the other part. It’s a great place, especially for families. The only downsides were creaky floors in our house and very weak WiFi.

We stayed in the spacious two-room suite on the second floor of this warm wooden house. It was tidy, with a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe and TV, as well as a kitchen with dishes, fridge and stove. The bathroom was clean and had a shower, sink and toilet. It’s a private two-floor estate in a convenient spot, and the owner is a very nice person. Across the road on the left there’s a good equipment rental, and there’s a beautiful well by the green house on the left. I recommend stopping here.
