Villa Nikoletta is a good choice if you’re keeping lodging costs in Bukovel down. For the price, we had a comfortable, clean room and a nice buffet breakfast with a wide selection and good coffee. The team was friendly and flexible, and many thanks to Volodymyr for being so positive about my requests. You can also pay extra for regional cuisine dinners or the sauna, which is nice after skiing. One drawback for foreign visitors without a Ukrainian bank card is that payment, both at the restaurant and for the stay, is cash only. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

There’s a sauna, but it was dirty, and you aren’t allowed to use a broom. I wasn’t keen on the cafe either, since it was a bit expensive and the food wasn’t tasty. There’s no elevator. We did get a nice, clean room for three, and it was warm with temperature control. You can dry ski equipment there. The location is good, near the main road and 1 km from the first parking area.

There was no sense of service at all. When we arrived, workers were fighting and shouting at each other in front of guests. Later, while we were in the sauna, one of them banged on our window and door. They completely spoiled our evening. I never want to return to Villa Nikoletta and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel has a big parking lot nearby, and the lifts are only two minutes away by car. Rooms were clean and cozy, with everything we needed. The staff were great and friendly. A very nice hotel.

The local restaurant had good food, and the valet was pleasant and helped park our car. The staff were nice too. The sauna had a fee, though they’d said from the beginning that it was included. We also had some wifi issues.
