You can arrange check-in or check-out over the phone or Viber without meeting anyone, which is very convenient. The apartments are in new buildings, and there are pros and cons. The service is okay, though not top-notch, and I don’t think it deserves the 1-2 stars it has received before. There’s room for improvement. Management has partly shown its attitude toward customers through some rather harsh and unreasonable replies to comments, which I find unacceptable. The receptionist is the owner herself, so she isn’t going to work against her own interests. If this setup isn’t for you, there are always older, Soviet-era apartments with rude receptionists and poorly maintained furniture and furnishings.

Everything was new, and the apartment was very clean. The price was affordable, but the conditions were better than at expensive hotels. Every detail seemed thought through. Remote check-in gets top marks from me. We were happy with our stay because it felt like an apartment we’d want to return to, not just an ordinary place. I recommend these owners ❤️❤️❤️

The towels, sheets, dishes, and cleanliness were all good. There’s a nearby spot that’s about 50 steps away. I recommend the restaurant Loshka, and the pizzeria across the street by the ATB is just one stop away.

They cancelled my booking, saying someone else had reserved it for two weeks and my day was in their way. I’d paid in advance, but they returned the money to my card.
