Nice room, kind of an interesting one 😉🔥. It was clean, though one towel had a stain. There were lots of mosquitoes, so keeping the window shut made it stuffy for sleeping. Having a store right below the building was handy, and the center is nearby. I recommend it.

We were left waiting in our car for over an hour after standing beneath the barrier at 6 AM. Only then did someone from the building open the door for us, and we never got a reply from the people we had called. In the morning, they didn’t answer any calls, and we spent more than an hour trying to reach them. They later wrote so bluntly that we should have warned them, although we had only read part of the SMS and replied to it, and they ignored the information about our 6 AM departure. The barrier wasn’t working, and no one was available. They didn’t even tell us how long we’d have to wait; they just disappeared. I’ve never seen such disregard. I can’t recommend it, there was no respect for customers.

We arrived ahead of schedule, so I called the dispatcher to ask whether an early check-in was possible. Ten minutes later they called back and offered us an equivalent room at no extra cost. I really hadn’t expected that and was pleasantly surprised by how polite everyone was. They sent the location right away, welcomed me with a call, and got me checked in. The room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’re grateful for the service. Good luck, and I recommend them!

Contactless key pickup was especially convenient for us: call, get the keys from the safe, pay by card, and return the keys to the safe when leaving. No contact at all, which felt very relevant during COVID. The bed linen and towels were spotless, even the rubber slippers. I only discovered the adjustable bedside lights later. My husband and I were in Chernihiv that weekend and stayed at the Molex apartments at 2 Lyubetskaya Street on a friend’s recommendation. From the call with the landlords, Irina and Maxim, to the new building itself, everything was a pleasant surprise. Even the dish sponge was brand new. The place was thoughtfully arranged, clean and tidy, with a good renovation, European-style furniture, a TV, and a clean fridge. The bathroom had no mold or smell, and the glasses and dishes were all washed well. Nothing unnecessary, just comfortable and cozy. Thanks for the European service.
